- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★November 21, 2019, by Aaron StypesI placed an order at this business and after I hadn't received it I followed up a few times and finally texted Frederick Prohaska and he looked into it and realized indeed I hadn't received my order. To make up for it, he immediately sent me an even more expensive product than the one I ordered, along with a few free goodies. While my original order had fallen through the cracks, the owner showed his good will and more than made up for it. Anybody can make a mistake; so long as they make the customer happy in the end. Had he wanted to rip me off, he never would have corrected things and given me much more than I paid for.
